4. Platform Services

FreeBNB provides the following services:

BNB Faucet: Users may claim free BNB at regular intervals, subject to cooldown periods.
Dice Game (Multiply BNB): A provably fair HI-LO game where users can wager BNB.
Deposits: Users can deposit BNB to their platform wallet for gameplay.
Withdrawals: Users can withdraw their balance to an external BNB/EVM wallet address, subject to verification requirements.
Referral Program: Users earn commissions from referrals' activities.
Tasks & Rewards: Users can complete tasks to earn free spins and rewards.

5. Provably Fair Gaming

All dice game outcomes on FreeBNB are determined using a provably fair algorithm. Each game result can be independently verified using the server seed, client seed, and nonce provided. The house edge is disclosed and applied uniformly to all bets.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation.
Withdrawals require email verification and may be subject to minimum amounts and processing fees.
Large withdrawals may be subject to manual review.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Ensure your withdrawal address is correct before confirming.
FreeBNB is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform.
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to gain unfair advantage.
Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.
Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or interfere with other users.
Engage in collusion or any form of cheating.
Use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. FreeBNB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the preceding 30 days.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
Regulatory changes may affect the availability of services in your jurisdiction.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

FreeBNB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms of Service.
We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
Required by law or regulation.
You fail to verify your identity when requested.

Upon termination, you may withdraw any legitimate balance remaining in your account, subject to verification.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of FreeBNB shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
